SEPARATECH manufactures wide range of Spare Parts of Pressure Leaf Filter for vertical and horizontal Pressure leaf filters. The elements manufactured for wet ana dry cake discharge, 3 or 5 ply.
SEPARATECH’s high quality leaves are used in not only our own range of pressure leaf filter units but also other brands pressure leaf filters. Our rigid and heavy-duty leaf design will result in long lifetime and trouble-free filter operation. Our horizontal filter vessels go up to 200 m2 of filtration area.
DRY CAKE DISCHARGE
Filters with a dry cake discharge are equipped with a pneumatic vibrator. The filter cake can be dried by compressed air, inert gas or steam before discharge.
The cake is discharged through the conical bottom with butterfly valve.
WET CAKE DISCHARGE
Wet cake will be discharged using a built-in spray device at the top of the vessel or in the middle of the vessel. The cake will be washed down, resulting in a slurry which is discharged through the large tank bottom drain.
